Thank You Jazz

I had just gotten up to go inside because the sun was no longer beaming on my balcony so it had gotten a little too chilly to be outside with my bathing suit on. Don’t judge me, I know it is October. I prefer to suntan in the cooler months rather than the warmer summer months. My skin is too delicate for all that beaming summer heat.

As I open my sliding glass doors, my phone rings. I quickly look at my caller ID hoping my pictures have convinced Omari to come over. He knows he can’t resist me. Hell, no man can. I roll my eyes when I see Jazz’s name. I answer with much attitude. “What bitch? Thought you had to work today.”

“WOW! Hoes can be so nasty when they are dick deprived. I AM at work but I have some juicy news for you. But since you acting so fucked up, I will keep it to myself. Deuces.”

“Look Jazz, I am a little irritated right now. Nothing towards you. What’s up?” I say trying to tone down my attitude so I can find out what she has to say.

“Guess who is down here at Omni?” She says giggling.

“Jazz, just tell me please.” My irritation increases by two notches. She is really doing the most. I don’t have time for the bullshit right now.

“Yo wife-in-law Brazille!!!” she screams like she is busting at the seams.

“So, who the fuck cares?”

“You if you trying to get Omari for yourself. She is here with some fine, rich looking motherfucker.”

“If you playing games and end up telling me she is there with Omari I am really going to kick your ass!”

“Oh no! It is most certainly NOT Omari!”

Now she has peaked my interest. “Heiffa you lying!” I feel my mood lighten instantly.

“Now the real tea is that she has a room here. Now can you imagine what that is for?”

“Bitch shut up!” I say grinning from ear to ear. I hear my phone beep indicating I just got a text.

“You should have gotten the pic by now trick! Hurry up and look at it!” Jazz says with her excitement rising.

I put my iPhone on speaker and open the text. To my surprise I see Brazille sitting at the table with one of the finest best dressed brotha’s I have seen in a long time. They appear to be holding hands across the table. In the second picture they are sharing a hug and his hand is damn near on her ass. “Jazz you are the best! Bitch I love you!!” I exclaim. “Let me call you back.” I hang up before she can respond.

I have been pissed because it has almost been five hours since I sent Omari the pictures and I haven’t heard anything from him. Honestly I was expecting him to be knocking at my door within an hour of seeing my sexy ass pictures but that didn’t happen. He didn’t even take time out to send me a quick text acknowledging that he had gotten them.
